At Rad Swim, we want you to love your suit as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact. Please ensure your return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed and unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective liners and hangtags are securely attached.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
